My stylist, Catie, was so helpful & kind and understood my vision perfectly. I felt like we could be best friends! The shop was clean, organized, and super welcoming. Everyone I spoke to was so sweet and helpful. I loved the individual bridal suites, and the fact the shop was closed to the public, so the experience felt super private and individualized. I felt like I tried on SO many dresses, because there were so many options to choose from, but Catie kept me calm, cool, and hydrated throughout the process so I never felt overwhelmed. On top of everything, the gowns were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to all brides!!

I had the most lovely experience shopping and falling in love with my wedding dress here! This was the first store I went to and I feel so blessed to have found the perfect dress so quickly. It was a dream come true from the moment I walked into the store to present time finalizing the details and alterations. The customer service here is phenomenal. I felt so safe as they gave me privacy while trying dresses on, were so helpful with everything, had kind and trustworthy advice for me without being pushy at all, and really listened to everything I expressed. It was so fun and not stressful at all. I highly recommend shopping here!

Sara & MaryBeth were professional and very helpful. I went Fallen in Love to look for a Mother of the Groom dress. I had some ideas of what I was looking for and they directed me to some great choices. I found a dress that I love and my search ended here! They have a very smooth process and they know their stuff!! Sara and Claire were rock stars and supported me and our group the entire time. I had the best experience yesterday!! Everyone was so kind and helped me find my perfect dress. Logan and Olivia gave such a relaxing vibe to the whole experience. I came in very nervous and not confident and left feeling gorgeous and seen. I would 100 percent recommend fallen in love to all the brides I know!!

By far one of the best experiences, I have had in my dress search. I was visiting my daughter in Greensboro and decided to take a chance and look for a mother of the bride dress. I took the only appointment they had available not thinking I would find my dress in less than an hour. The entire staff was helpful and so friendly. They have a beautiful selection, and you can't be the prices. I was expecting to pay more than double the price for what I found. I can't recommend this shop enough and will definitely be back when shopping for a special occasion. You will not find a better team of ladies to help you find your dream dress.

Just had the most amazing prom dress shopping experience! Julia and Sydney were so sweet and so helpful. We found the perfect dress in one hour and could not be happier. Highly recommend and will be back for our Senior prom shopping!

MaryBeth was amazing and very professional. She helped find the various selections and silhouettes I chose and guided me through the entire process. Her knowledge of how the gowns should fit and what didn’t work with my body type was very helpful. I found my wedding gown on my first visit. It’s perfect for me! Brides! There is a reason why they have 5 star reviews - the service is amazing. I didn't realize how great this place was and their staff until I had a horrible experience at another dress place. They take the time to really make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to prep what you want before your appointment! 10/10!

I am so grateful I found my wedding dress at Fallen in Love! Prior to my appointment they were responsive and asked lots of questions to pick out dresses for me to try on. The private room allowed my group to fully participate in the process with me. We loved going onto the floor as a group and selecting dresses too. Claire was a wonderful stylist!! She read my mind and gave me the best advice. The staff are amazing and they had a great selection of beautiful gowns. I would definitely recommend Fallen in Love, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My daughter and I had a fabulous experience here. Took my daughter to buy her senior prom 👗. The ladies were very professional and kind. Mind you we didn't have an appointment. They took us in without any hesitation. Also, because my daughter is petite. The dress she picked needed to be altered a little. They have their own seamstress however she was out of town. Not a problem they were able to not only recommend a great seamstress they called him for us. Nabils alterations who did a great job. 👍 I would definitely recommend going to Fallen In Love Bridal and formal to anyone.
